Meditations
Goddess Leonie has created some great meditations to offer help for many issues. As I've mentioned before, if I had a dollar for every time it was suggested I meditate...well I'd probably have alot of dollars. I find silent meditation difficult, I found the answer in Goddess Leonie's guided meditations, I lie down, relax, put my ipod on and follow Leonie's guidance. It's easy.
